5. Returns and Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases.

• Returns: within 24 hours if unopened and in original condition.

• Exchanges: within 30 days for regular toys or 24 hours for big items.

• Big items cannot be returned but may be eligible for maintenance or exchange (see full policy on our website).

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Al-Kurdi Toys and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

 الإرجاع والاستبدال

تُطبق سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بنا على جميع الطلبات

الإرجاع: خلال 24 ساعة إذا لم يُفتح المنتج وكان بحالته الأصلية

الاستبدال: خلال 30 يوماً للألعاب العادية أو خلال 24 ساعة للألعاب الكبيرة

الألعاب الكبيرة لا يمكن إرجاعها ولكن يمكن صيانتها أو استبدالها بشروط محددة (راجع السياسة الكاملة على موقعنا)

 الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات على هذا الموقع، بما في ذلك الصور والشعارات والنصوص، هي ملكية خاصة بالكرَدي للألعاب ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مسبق
